- Wheat Flour: 2.5 Cup / 300g
- Sugar: 1 Tablespoon
- Instant Dry Yeast: 1.5 Teaspoon
- Salt: 1/2 Teaspoon
- Warm Milk: 1/2 Cup
- Warm Water: 1/2 Cup
- Refined Oil: 3 to 4 Tablespoon
Take all wheat flour, sugar, instant dry yeast and salt. Mix them well.
Make a soft dough of the mixture using warm milk and warm water.
Now smoothen the dough using either refined oil or butter by stretch and fold method for about 15 minutes.
Rest the dough in a greased bowl by covering with a cling film or kitchen towel until it doubles in size.
Once it's doubled, take it out and again knead it for 2 to 3 minutes. Then role it with the help of a roller and put it in the greased bread tin by making it a loaf. Again let the dough double in size. Once doubled grease it with butter or refined oil and cover the bread tin with the lid and keep it in pre-heated oven/ microwave for 30 minutes at 180 degree on convection mode.
After 30 minutes take out the bread tin and again grease it's top with refined oil / butter. Again keep it in oven/ microwave for 2 to 3 minutes at 200 degree on convection mode to give its top layer brown bread color.
Take it out after 3 minutes and let it cool for some time before taking it out of the bread tin.
Homemade Wheat / Brown Bread Loaf is ready to be served.
