  • All Purpose Flour: 1.5 cup / 180 gm
  • Dry Instant Yeast: 1 Teaspoon
  • Semolina : 2 Tablespoon
  • Sugar : 1 Tablespoon
  • Salt: 1 teaspoon
  • Butter: 1 Tablespoon
  • Warm Water
  • Yellow Cornflour: for dusting
  • Pizza Sauce: 3 to 4 Tablespoon
  • Mozzarella Cheese
  • Onion
  • Tomato
  • Capsicum
  • Black Olives
  • Pizza Seasoning


Step 1

Mix All Purpose Flour, Sugar and Yeast.

Step 2

Now add Semolina and Salt and mix them well.

Step 3

Add warm water slowly and make a soft dough.

Step 4

Now smoothen the dough with the help of Butter.

Step 5

Now cover the dough and keep it in some dark place for 1 to 2 hour until it ferments and doubles in size.

Step 6

Once it ferments, punch it to release air into it.

Step 7

Take some yellow cornflour for dusting

Step 8

Roll the dough with the help of roll pin to make 1/2 cm thick pizza base.

Step 9

Put the Pizza Base on Microwave Tray

Step 10

Raise the sides of the pizza base and make holes in the base with the help of fork.

Step 11

Apply some butter to the base.

Step 12

Spread some pizza sauce on top of the base.

Step 13

Spread small cubes of Mozzarella Cheese

Step 14

Put some onions, capsicum, tomato and black olives on top of the pizza

Step 15

Preheat the microwave at 200 degree for 5 minutes.

Step 16

Then put the tray on low rack, at 200 degree for 15 minutes on convection mode.

Step 17

After 15 minutes your pizza is ready to be served.

    Hi…I really like your receipes. I tried out the pizaa.came out well! wanted to know what should be the temp and which rack should be put to bake in an otg.
