  • Egg: 3
  • Powdered Sugar: 75 gm
  • All Purpose Flour: 75 gm
  • Refined oil: 1/4 Cup
  • Milk: 1/4 Cup
  • Pineapple Essence


Step 1

Separate egg white and yolk.

Step 2

Beat egg white. Add powdered sugar and pineapple essence slowly.

Step 3

Beat it until it changes into white foam.

Step 4

Then beat egg yolk and egg remaining sugar and all purpose flour slowly while beating.

Step 5

Also add milk and mix it well.

Step 6

Make a thick and consistent batter.

Step 7

Now add egg white and egg yolk together and mix them well with the help of spatula.

Step 8

Take a tray and put butter paper at its base and pour the batter into the tray.

Step 9

Bake it in microwave/oven at convection mode at 180 degree for 20 minutes at low rack. Microwave should be preheated.

Step 10

After 20 minutes, take it out and roll it when its hot and keep in refrigerator for 2 hours.

Step 11

After 2 hours, take the swiss roll out of refrigerator and remove the butter paper. Put whipped cream at it's top and spread it evenly.

Step 12

Again roll it and keep it in refrigerator / freezer for 2 hours.

Step 13

After 2 hours, Swiss Cake Roll is ready to be served. Enjoy.
