Ingredients

  • Red Carrot: 1 kg
  • Mawa : 200 gm
  • Sugar: 200 gm
  • Dry Fruits
  • Cardamom Powder: 1 Tsp
  • Desi Ghee: 4 Tablespoon

Method

Step 1

Peel Red Carrot: 1 Kg

Step 2

Grate It

Step 3

Take a Pot and put some Desi Ghee. Heat it.

Step 4

Roast Some Dry Fruits

Step 5

Put all grated carrot and cook it on medium flame by covering it with the lid

Step 6

Stir it in between after 2 to 3 minutes

Step 7

Add 200 gm Sugar

Step 8

Now cook without cover it for few more minutes

Step 9

Add 2 Tbsp Desi Ghee

Step 10

Add Cardamom Powder: 1 Tsp

Step 11

Close the flame and let this Halwa cool for some time.

Step 12

Take 200 gm Mawa and roast it for 2 to 3 minutes on medium flame

Step 13

After Halwa and Mawa both are cooled down, mix them together

Step 14

Add roasted dry fruits

Step 15

Serve it
