Ingredients

  • Carrot: 250 gm
  • Small Onion: 1
  • Garlic: 2
  • Ginger : 1/2 inch
  • Black Pepper Powder: 1/2 Tsp
  • Salt: 1/2 Tsp
  • Butter: 1 Tsp
  • Water

Method

Step 1

Cut carrot and onion into small pieces.

Step 2

Boil carrot, onion, ginger and garlic in pressure cooker by adding 1 cup water on medium flame till 2 to 3 whistle.

Step 3

Separate stock and grind the boiled carrot along with onion, ginger and garlic to make a fine paste.

Step 4

Now boil the paste in a fry pan by adding black pepper powder, salt, butter, stock water and 1/2 cup water.

Step 5

Mix well and let the soup boil.

Step 6

Once boiled, soup is ready to be served.
